Is it hard to cancel my membership?
Canceling a membership can be done anytime while logging into your customer portal at https://carouselsk8ks.centeredgeonline.com/ . There are no commitments or contracts which means our memberships can be cancelled at anytime!
Can I pay cash for my membership?
We are unable to accept cash payments for memberships at this time. All payments must be done online. Payment methods may be updated online in your customer portal at https://carouselsk8ks.centeredgeonline.com/ .
What day will my card be charged each month?
Your credit card will be charged on the same day of the month you initially signed up for your membership. For example, if you purchased on March 12, then all your payments will be charged on the 12th of each month. If you purchase on the March 31, then your payment will be on the last day of the month in months with less than 30 days. In this example, your next payment would be due on April 30th.
Can I transfer my membership to another person?
Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared with anyone else. Sharing memberships will result in automatic cancellation of the membership in accordance with the Membership Agreement.
How do I use my birthday/adult skate discounts?
ICEE add-ons may be added for free the day of your party. Please let your party host know at check-in that you are a member.
Adult Skate discounts for additional guests will be applied the day of your event. Please let a team member know at check-in that you are a member.
What are Buddy Days?
Buddy Days are pre-determined days/times each month where a friend (‘buddy’) may skate for a discounted rate with a Member. These dates can be found on our monthly calendars on our social media pages, our hours page on our website, or through our monthly emails.
You may also call and speak to a team member for additional questions on buddy days.
How do I know what my membership includes?
Our membership benefits are always available at the top of this webpage.
Can I use my Membership to participate in a Birthday package?
No. Birthday parties are special events. Your membership may offer you special discounts and other benefits when scheduling your birthday party, but memberships may not be used in place of a birthday party admission.
My card didn’t go through and my membership is cancelled. How can I reactivate?
If your payment doesn’t go through, it will be attempted 5 additional times before your membership is cancelled. You will need to sign up again online to re-activate a cancelled membership.
