What should I expect the day of the party?
- Upon arriving for your party, you will be greeted by a team member who will check you in and direct you to your party tables. If you booked a party with a host, you will have a birthday host for the duration of your party to serve you, answer questions, and assist in making your day as memorable as possible! Parties that are self-serve may not have a designated host, but can refer to the front ticket counter for additional items or questions the day of.
What if I have more guests than I booked my party for?
- You may pay for additional skaters the day of your party. If you are worried about space and would like to book a larger party package, give us a call at 316-942-4505 for availability and to complete your additional party booking.
Can I rent the building for my party?
- Due to our public skating offerings, we rarely are able to accomodate building rentals. Building rental availability is select Sunday/Monday/Tuesday evenings and start at $1,200.

Do I need to provide a list of guests for my party?
- There is no need to provide a list of guests. When your guests arrive, we will check in their waivers, wristband them and direct them to your table. All invited guests will be added to your party tab, but adults and siblings will be charged individually unless specified that the party tab is paying for them.
What if I have a small party and don’t need all the inclusions?
- You are more than welcome to pay general admission price for each skater during our public sessions. We can not guarantee table availability for your group but we will do our best to accommodate. The only way to guarantee a reserved table is by booking one of the birthday party packages. Cake or cupcakes are welcome to be brought in for a walk-in birthday, but no other outside food or drinks will be permitted.
Do family members who aren’t planning to skate have to pay?
- No they do not. Family members of the birthday child or parents of birthday guests are welcome to come and enjoy the event free of charge. If they would like to skate they can either be included in the birthday guest count paid for by the party or they can pay general admission.
Can I just bring in a cake/cupcakes without booking a party?
- Absolutely! You are more than welcome to bring in a cake or cupcakes to celebrate with us; however we cannot guarantee table space. We recommend arriving earlier in the day for the best choice at seating!
How do I guarantee my party guests sign a waiver?
- You will receive a waiver link in your confirmation email and of course, they are always available on our website. We encourage you to send the waiver information to all parents with their invitation to increase check-in speed. If needed, parents may fill out the waiver upon arrival.
